I started blacksmithing as a hobby in 2024. My paternal Granda and his Father were Blacksmiths in South Derry so a passion for ironwork is in the blood. There is something unique about creating artefacts that will likely long outlive me.
I have also enjoyed the support and guidance of the Forged in Ireland community and am glad to be part of keeping an ancient craft alive.
