Brugman Knife Works was established in 2018 by maker Dylan Brugman. Dylan always had a love for making but it really started in 2013 with woodwork and metalwork in his secondary school. Since then Dylan has developed his skills in metalwork and woodwork and has amalgamated both in his persuit of knife making.
Dylan started making knives in 2017 from repurposed steels such as old files,rasps and saw blades, breathing new life into neglected and broken tools. Since then Dylan has moved to making knives from bar stock and modern composite materials in the persuit of making the highest quality blades he can.
